Priority registration for the 2010 Walleye Classics will begin on Jan. 11 and end on Jan. 25, 2010, for all teams who fished in 2009. The 2009 teams will have the opportunity to guarantee their entries and team numbers for 2010 during this two week period, with registration opening to all teams on Jan. 26.

2010 Walleye Classic dates are as follows: Alexandria Chain of Lakes Spring Walleye Classic June 4-5, Alexandria, MN; Lake Minnewaska Fall Walleye Classic Sept.11-12, Glenwood, MN; Buffalo Ridge Resort Fins and Feathers Outdoor Challenge (year-end qualifier), Oct. 16-17, Gary, SD.

Entry form packets will be sent out to all teams on Dec. 27 via the postal service and email. Entry forms for the 2010 Walleye Classics can also be obtained on this website by clicking on the 2010 Entry Forms icon in the Tournament Info box found at the top of the website.

Teams can sign up to fish one or both tournaments in 2010, but must sign up to fish both Walleye Classics in 2010 initially, to be eligible for the year-end Fins and Feathers Outdoor Challenge. Teams fishing both tournaments have the option of paying in full or paying a  50% deposit to fish both tournaments with the balance due May 1, 2010.

First 40 teams to register qualify for the 2010 Shoot-Outs, a mini tournament within the overall tournament format. Teams will be drawn at random into 4 groups of 10 teams, and the team with the heaviest Day 1 weight in each group is the Shoot-Out winner. Each winning team member in the 2009 Shoot-Outs were presented LakeMaster digital gps map cards, courtesy of LakeMaster (www.lakemap.com).
